We will do our best to honor reservation requests
for specific sites. However, if the site has already
been reserved, and we are unable to honor your
specific request, we will be happy to suggest
other sites that we feel are similar to that which
you requested.
All reservations must be confirmed with the
appropriate deposit for the time reserved, as
listed on our Rates page. Once your deposit has
been  processed  you will receive a written
confirmation via USPS Priority Mail. Please bring
your written confirmation card with you during
registration.

We accept deposits in Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card & Travelers Checks, in US Funds only.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date for a deposit refund.
Reservations made under false pretenses will not be honored.  
No Refunds for shortened stays.
Sweetwater's Reservation Specialists will gladly help you complete the reservation
process, and will make every attempt to honor your special requests. Once your deposit
has been received, a written confirmation will be sent by mail, with a confirmation sent
via email as well.
Campers who have stayed with us before, or toured Sweetwater in person, can request
to reserve specific sites, but must check for availabilities and complete their
reservations with a Reservation Specialist.  Our Office Staff will be glad to help you
complete the reservation process.

To Confirm your Reservation
Because many reservations are taken & confirmed each day, reservations may not be completed online.
Inquiries about site availability may be submitted via phone, mail, or by using the form below. Timely replies
and call backs from our staff are to be expected. Each of our 250 sites varies in size, and possess
characteristics that are often unique to that site. Here, at Sweetwater Forest, we feel that direct
communication via phone with our experienced Office Staff is the key to insuring that the site you reserve
will be all that you hope it to be-and more!
